A prominent local government required the assistance of an HR Business Partner. With a duty to develop and deliver the people plan for the business, the role required both in-depth knowledge of the sector whilst working closely with other government bodies to ensure policies and values were implemented efficiently.
Based in inner city London, the role required an individual in the local area that had experience delivering high-level plans whilst managing complex or sensitive employee relations issues. A candidate was identified within our internal CRM, however, they had been acknowledged as a “warm candidate” who was not necessarily actively looking.
Through our retained candidate engagement process, the consultant presented the opportunity to the candidate as their previous experience and extensive skillset were a positive fit. The candidate was immediately interested in the opportunity given both the role and our consultant’s communication, where they accepted an invitation to apply and were successful in obtaining the role.
